Board of Directors

NACCHO is governed by a 27-member Board of Directors, comprised of health officials from around the country elected by their peers, a representative for Tribal health departments, and ex officio members representing the National Association of Counties and the U.S. Conference of Mayors. NACCHO's Board meets four times a year, typically in the later winter, late spring, summer and fall. Contact NACCHO at 202-783-5550 for additional information about NACCHO Board meetings.

NACCHO members have opportunities to inform NACCHO’s work and the work of others through services on a wide range of NACCHO advisory groups and as representatives of NACCHO to the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Most advisory groups meet by conference call and may have one face-to-face meeting a year. More »
