In the Spotlight
NACCHO recognizes the work of local health departments. Award winners are honored at the Grand Award Ceremony during NACCHO Annual. We encourage all members to apply for these awards throughout the year and we invite all conference attendees to recognize their achievements in local public health at the Grand Award Ceremony.
NACCHO's Model Practices Program nationally honors and recognizes outstanding local public health practice and shares the outstanding practices through the Model Practices Database. By submitting a practice, LHDs contribute to the overall improvement of public health through evidence-based best practice methods.
