Priority Questionaire - NPHPSP

This supplemental optional questionnaire asks about the "priority" of addressing each model standard in the NPHPSP local instrument. Those that complete these questions receive an additional component in their report, which ranks scores in relation to how the community prioritized the standards. This new component is intended to strengthen and better catalyze performance improvement activities that should occur as a result of the assessment process.
