Kansas RSS FOG By Dana Henderson This tool was an amazing document. It certainly exceeded my expectations. I liked how concise the document was yet it followed all of the elements in the TAR.
RSS Field Operations Guide By Joshua Carlyle I think this is a decent start at covering some of the nuts and bolts of running an RSS operations. However, I think the Incident Command portion of the documents needs a major rewrite. Some of the terms, and placement of a Communication Unit (especially one filling out ICS form 205)within Operations is not consistent with ICS.
RSS Field Operations Guide By Deborah Hieronim This tool contains detailed JASs for various leadership positions in the RSS, accompanied by an org chart. Basic warehousing instruction sheets with pictures are helpful, as are safety instructions. JASs for team members below unit leader are not included. The FOG would be improved by adding additional forms such as Chain of Custody and BOLs. Also a procedure for handling controlled substances that may be received by an RSS should be included.
Fair tool By Elizabeth Faber This tool covers all necessary items but could use some formatting to make it more user-friendly.
