Task 10: Worksheet for Describing Indoor Air Quality Issues and Ranking Risks

Description:

This one-page document is a ranking tool for describing and ranking risks associated with indoor air quality. The worksheet is organized by issue/concern, distribution, scale, severity and trends. This worksheet focuses on risks associated with mold/mildew build-up, ventilation problems in schools and buildings, and indoor tobacco use.
