Case Example: Pinellas County Health Department

Description:

As part of a quality improvement (QI) project, the Pinellas County Health Department developed a QI process to increase access to care by removing rigid guidelines for determining patient eligibility. As a result, more services are now provided to clients who may not have previously qualified.
