Case Example: Tulsa City-County Health Department

Description:

As part of a quality improvement (QI) project, the Tulsa City-County Health Department used various QI techniques (such as a Fishbone Diagram and Process Mapping) to train staff on QI. As a result, QI have been woven into the daily activities and planning for each program in the agency.
