Prerequisite: Spokane Regional Health District Strategic Planning Process (2009-2014)

In 2009, the Spokane Regional Health District (SRHD) developed a strategic plan, one of the three prerequisites for national accreditation.  Based on the University of Alabama's Strategic Thinking, Strategic Planning, Strategic Management model, this 11-page document explains the three-phase strategic planning process SRHD used to establish goals and action plans that will guide the agency for the next five years.  This tool is useful for those beginning to prepare for accreditation and looking to gain a greater understanding of the strategic planning process.
