Tools & Templates: 20 Questions to Ask Your Team

Keywords / Description:

This article was developed by Tom Duras and John Moran and published in the The Quality Management Forum (Winter Edition, Vol. 23, Number 4, 1997). A survey was developed and distributed to teams in a manufacturing setting to show the disconnect between team outputs and management's expectations. The results were used to optimize team performance. This model serves as a good template for health departments to assess team performance and contribute to an effective quality improvement (QI) project. This is an excellent resource for LHDs with a more advanced-level of understanding and experience in QI that are ready to find further areas of team performance improvement.
