Prerequisite: Region G Community Health Assessment

Keywords / Description:

This community health assessment (CHA), developed in 2009, is an excellent example of a collaborative effort among nine county health departments, collectively known as the Missouri Region G Public Health Collaborative. This report is a comprehensive collection and analysis of key health indicators, uncovering health issues of primary concern in the region. As one of the prerequisites for national accreditation, this CHA serves as an excellent example for those beginning to prepare for the accreditation process.
