Local/Regional Notification and Activation Chart

Description:

The chart lists phases of an emergency (non-event, public health event; public health event with potential for multi-jurisdictional, regional, and/or statewide impact; regional emergency; and statewide emergency), examples of events under each emergency phase, and possible activation activities under each emergency phase.  Possible activation activities include whom to notify, how to notify, and if initiating ICS and/or JIC are necessary.
