The California Immunization Registry (CAIR) is California's state immunization information system. This 7 page document provides guidance on what inputs the State of California uses in its IIS. While not all states may use this same data entry platform, this may be a helpful resource for a local health department  developing its own tracking methods by seeing what vaccination data points are collected at the state level to ensure consistency.
