Description:

The Institute of Medicine (IOM) created this 253 page document describing the need for better prevention and control efforts of HBV and HCV since chronic conditions of both may lead to  liver cancer. The report outlines the Institute of Medicines findings for the identified factors that impede current efforts to prevent and control viral hepatitis, as well as consequences of these issues, and the institute's recommendations.
