Prerequisite: PARTNER Tool


A software tool, Program to Analyze, Record, and Track Networks to Enhance Relationships (PARTNER),  allows public health departments to measure and monitor their collaborative activity over time. When developing a community health assessment (CHA) or community health improvement plan (CHIP), this program can help LHDs determine partnerships that can be strengthened or leveraged.
