IOM Report on Enhancing Food Safety

Description:

The Institute of Medicine (IOM) released a report, "Enhancing Food Safety: The Role of the Food and Drug Administration." The report calls for a risk-based, prevention-oriented approach to food safety and recommends supportive legislation and continued investment and data to implement these changes.
