Keywords / Description:
In 2005, the Missouri Foundation for Health (MFH) launched the Healthy & Active Communities (H&AC) Initiative to promote healthy lifestyles and reduce obesity rates in Missouri. The Healthy and Active Programs and Policies Evaluation (HAPPE) System is the data collection system for the MFH Healthy and Active Communities Initiative (H&AC) evaluation. The primary goals of the system are to, (1) Serve as a centralized location for you to submit your data, monitor your progress over time, and generate reports to meet your program needs; and (2) Allow the H&AC Evaluation Team to collect data across all H&AC programs. This manual provides you with step-by-step instructions for entering data and generating reports.
