Risk Communication Plan for Vulnerable Populations

Description:

The Prowers County Public Health Risk Communication Plan identifies subpopulations of vulnerable groups and outlines the process and procedure for communicating timely and accurate information to different vulnerable or special populations with different needs during an incident.

This plan was used as evidence for Goal 1 of a Project Public Health Ready application and can be used as an example by other applicants.
