Minnesota Postal Model for Delivery of Medical Countermeasures

This report includes the planning strategies, calculations, assumptions, and lessons learned used to collaborate with many partners to make the Minnesota Postal Plan operational.  It includes medical screening for postal workers and their families, addressing issues of concern for law enforcement, and conducting a tabletop exercise (TTX).
