Local Boards of Health and Environmental Health Policy: Air Quality

Description:

NALBOH created a factsheet on policies related to air quality that can be used by local boards of health to help them enforce federal and state air quality laws and develop policies and programs to address local environmental health concerns. This factsheet may be able to help local jurisdictions implement Health in All Policies by informing them of the policies and legal authority to insert health considerations into addressing environmental health concerns.
