This training plan is very comprehensive and divided into four distinct phases. Each phase provides an extensive background section in addition to a phase-specific training plan period. The example provides an explanation of how several aspects of the. From the explanations of how the training plans and workforce competency are interrelated, it is easy to quickly understand the process the LHD implemented for training needs assessment and how the assessment results are linked to the training plan.
This documentation was created based on the Round 1 project criteria. Based on the 2006 criteria, the plan would need to include documentation for rapid-training-curriculum to meet all of the project requirements for Measure 4 Training Plan.
