Coming to a vaccination clinic during the holidays is not necessarily an event that was on everyone's mind. Denver Public Health struggled with the issue of whether or not to hold a clinic so close to Christmas. Would the public respond and come in for vaccination? |

Our public relations group at Denver Health decided to bring a little holiday cheer to our vaccination clinic. Santa came to visit, received his vaccination, and provided an educational message to the public. |
| Outcomes that resulted from actions taken: |
Santa was a huge hit with both adults and the children. His visit seemed to calm the crowd and bring holiday chuckles to everyone while at the same time offering valuable messaging for the public.
