SNS Ignite Session

Enjoy a fast-paced sharing session where you will be intrigued by the content of the presentations and the format. Six SNS planning professionals will engage the audience through an Ignite format of rapid delivery of important SNS promising practices and lessons learned.

Learning Objective 1: At the conclusion of this session, attendees will be able to:
Better understand the mission of the SNS and how it applies to state and local public health.

Learning Objective 2: At the conclusion of this session, attendees will be able to:
Describe innovative SNS response methods as applied at the state and local public health level.

Learning Objective 3: At the conclusion of this session, attendees will be able to:
Describe SNS-specific roles in public health emergency response, especially at the state and local public health levels.

About the Ignite Session

What you are about to see is an Ignite session. Based on the Ignite and Pecha Kucha formats that are often used by the technology community to share ideas and pitches, each presenter will have five minutes and 20 slides that automatically advance every 15 seconds, to get their message across to you all. Similar to emergency response situations, the atmosphere is high-energy. Unlike a disaster situation, you all will be entertained, while absorbing the critical messages.
