Project Overview: The Osceola County Health Department (OsCHD) is located in East Central Florida, and serves a combined urban and rural population of approximately 260,000. OsCHD addressed workforce competencies as an area for improvement by enhancing the Department's program of continuing education for staff to increase their public health skills and knowledge.
