LHDs Using QI

A number of local health departments (LHDs) address performance and quality improvement as they prepare for accreditation. In an effort to increase knowledge sharing and examples of best practices, NACCHO has designed an interactive map that allows users to view current accreditation-related activities and QI projects by state.
