The Model Practice Database The Model Practice Database, is an online, searchable collection of practices across public health areas. This database allows you to benefit from your colleagues' experiences, to learn what works, and to ensure that resources are used wisely on effective programs that have been implemented with good results. The database features practices in the following areas:
NACCHO is now accepting online Model Practice Program applications. To access the online application, please click here. Note: you may have to create a login and password for admittance to the application if you don't already have one. The online submission process will close at 5 P.M. E.S.T. on Friday, Feb. 12, 2010. NACCHO Exchange is a quarterly newsletter that promotes effective local public health practice. This special issue of NACCHO Exchange featured the 2009 Model Practice awardees.
